  I see the ICQ transport but it doesn’t even give me a response when I try and register.

  OK, I tried to restart the transport now, please see if that had any effect.

  Still doesn’t work. It asks me for the ICQ user id number and password, and when I send that, it doesn’t respond:

  Please type your ICQ user id number into the username field and your password.

  Oops, wordpress stripped out the xml logs that I had pasted. Anyway my jabber client sends the registration information and gets no response at all from the transport
